Your therapist works at a pace that lets each area relax before moving on, and the pressure is set to your taste from the start. Rather than choosing between tired feet and a stiff upper body, you can look after both in a single appointment.

What happens during your visit

1. On arrival, a chilled aromatic towel and a signature herbal drink are waiting for you.
2. A brief conversation covers the pressure you like, whether the feet or the shoulders need more time, and any precautions.
3. The therapist works through the pressure points on your feet.
4. Attention then moves to the neck and shoulders, easing through areas where you tend to hold tension.
5. Before heading out, take a moment to rest.
