What we collect and why
Booking requests
When you send a booking request through the form on this site, we receive the details you type in — typically your name, the way you would like us to contact you (phone, email or LINE), the treatment you are interested in, and your preferred date and time. We use this only to contact you about that booking and to prepare your visit.
A booking request is delivered to us as an email and is also copied into a private spreadsheet that only our staff can open, so that a request is never lost if an email goes missing.
Contacting us directly
If you call, email, or message us on LINE, Facebook or Instagram, we keep that conversation so we can answer you and remember your preferences for your next visit.
Visits to this website
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information about each visit — for example your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and measurement tools
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Making the site work — for example remembering which language you chose, and keeping the site fast.
- Understanding how the site is used — we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) and the Meta Pixel to see which pages people visit and whether our advertising reaches the right people. These tools may set their own cookies and send data to Google and to Meta.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking measurement cookies does not stop you from using the site or making a booking.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with the services we use to run the business:
- Google — email delivery, the private booking spreadsheet, and website analytics.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement, and messages you send us on those platforms.
- LINE — messages you send us through our LINE account.
- Our web hosting provider — which stores the website and its server logs.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking records and the conversations attached to them are kept for as long as you remain our customer and for up to two years afterwards, so we can handle questions about a past visit. Website server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, or stop using it, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent at any time, including consent to receive promotions.

Children
This website is not intended for children under 10. We ask that a parent or guardian make any booking on their behalf.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
