At EAZE Spa it is performed by therapists certified by Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health, who keep a steady rhythm from one area to the next.

You stay relaxed while the therapist does the work, pressing along the body and guiding you into each stretch. The session is designed to help you feel looser and more mobile, and the intensity can be as gentle or as firm as you ask.

What happens during your visit

1. Start with a chilled aromatic towel and our signature herbal drink.
2. Your therapist asks about pressure, areas of stiffness, and any joints, injuries or conditions that call for care during stretches.
3. Pressure-point work moves along the body in a slow, even rhythm.
4. Assisted stretches are woven in, always kept within a range that feels comfortable to you.
5. Afterwards, take a moment to rest before you leave.

Is Traditional Thai Massage very strong?

It does not have to be. The pressure is adjusted to your preference, and you can ask for it to be softer or firmer at any time.

How is it different from Traditional Thai Massage with Oil?

The oil version combines the same Thai rhythm with oil so the strokes glide more smoothly. Choose it if you prefer a softer, flowing feel.
