The Himalayan is a 180-minute signature experience at EAZE Spa in Phuket Town that combines heated stone massage with our warm-oil Signature Indian Head Massage. It is designed for days when you want a long, uninterrupted stretch of time to slow down.

Warmth runs through the whole session. The heated stones help soothe tired muscles and bring a comforting, grounded feeling, while the head massage uses warm oil to ease tension that builds up across the upper body. The result is deep, comforting relaxation that unfolds gradually rather than all at once.

The Himalayan suits a holiday rest day or the end of a demanding week, and takes place in a private treatment room with a therapist certified by Thailand's Ministry of Public Health.

What happens during your visit

1. You are welcomed with a chilled aromatic towel and a signature herbal drink.
2. Your therapist asks about the pressure you enjoy, the areas you would like to focus on and any precautions, including how comfortable you are with heat.
3. The heated stone massage follows, with warm stones used alongside massage to help tired muscles let go.
4. The session continues with the Signature Indian Head Massage, using warm oil to release tension through the upper body.
5. Take a moment to rest before you leave and let the warmth settle.
