Deep Harmony is a three-part signature programme at EAZE Spa in Phuket Town, lasting 180 minutes. A revitalizing body scrub comes first, followed by a luxurious bath, and the session ends with a hot stone massage.

The order is deliberate. The scrub prepares and refreshes your skin, the bath gives your whole body a chance to unwind, and the heated stones then add soothing warmth as the massage works to ease tension and restore a more balanced feeling.

If you enjoy warmth and want more than a massage alone, this is a considered way to spend an afternoon. The massage is carried out by a therapist certified by Thailand's Ministry of Public Health, adjusted to your preferred pressure and focus.

What happens during your visit

1. Settle in with a chilled aromatic towel and a signature herbal drink.
2. Discuss the pressure you like, where you would like the massage to focus and any precautions, such as sensitive skin or heat sensitivity.
3. A revitalizing body scrub prepares your skin.
4. Relax in the bath before moving on to the hot stone massage.
5. Take a moment to rest before you leave; there is no need to hurry.

• Scrubs are not suitable for sunburnt or broken skin, and heated stones call for care if you are sensitive to heat, so please mention either before you begin.
